1. Introduction

Acceptance of the Terms of Use

These terms of use are entered into by and between you and the HNC Coin (“the Project”, “we”, or “us”). The following terms and conditions, together with any documents they expressly incorporate by reference (collectively, these “Terms of Use”), govern your access to and use of hnc-coin.com, including any content, functionality and services offered on or through hnc-coin.com (the “Website”).

2. Contact Information

The developers of Hellenic Coin (2015) have proceeded to perform a hard fork (in the first quarter of 2021) on the coin’s code which led to its current form; HNC Coin is now based on Dash blockchain, X11 algorithm (Proof of Service). The new algorithm was created to provide higher security standards and faster, more reliable transactions. In order to preserve its holders’ funds, HNC Coin managed to swap the majority of the “old” Hellenic Coins exclusively on the HNC Revolution exchange platform. The process was successfully completed in the second quarter of 2021.
Its purpose is to boost a decentralized financial system by offering an incentive to investors, merchants, and consumers from all over the world to accept HNC as means of payment, under no centralized government control, potential depreciation or inflation of fiat currencies.
